Background and Worldview: The airship “Dauntless” requires a set of gears and valves to maintain perfect synchronization to stay airborne. Players take on the role of an engineer, eliminating parts on the airship’s dashboard to prevent engine overheating and crashes, while also fending off aerial pirates’ grappling hooks.
Core Gameplay: Each part represents a different system on the airship (propulsion, lift, shields). Eliminating propulsion parts increases the airship’s speed, while eliminating lift parts maintains altitude. If a system’s altitude drops too low, an alarm will be triggered, requiring the immediate elimination of the corresponding part.
Visuals and Sound: Brass instruments and a dark brown color scheme, gear-turning animations, cloud backgrounds. Jazz big band style, mechanical sound effects.
