1. Digital Products and One-Time Purchases
MatchMirth offers virtual digital gaming products, in-game features, and related entertainment services via a “one-time payment” model. Once the delivery process for digital content has commenced, all purchase transactions completed on this platform are deemed final (non-refundable).
Given that our products are, by nature, digital and intangible assets, physical returns are not possible.

By making a purchase on MatchMirth and requesting immediate access to digital content or virtual services, you expressly agree that the performance and delivery of said digital services shall commence immediately.

Payments verified, upon investigation, to be unauthorized transactions
Failure to deliver digital content caused entirely by errors on the platform’s part
Billing errors attributable to MatchMirth
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that it will be approved. 5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We recommend that customers contact our customer support team first before initiating any payment disputes or chargeback requests with their payment service providers. Fraudulent chargebacks or refund abuse may result in:
Suspension or termination of the user account
